My comment on Daniel Barenboim

Daniel Barenboim is very different from his contemporaries because even though he is a musician, pianist and conductor, he still manages to let himself be involved in socio-political issues, he also manage tocunduct in his early age. Even though he is busy in the world of music, he is still concern if what is happening in the political problems and he has time to help the society not for his own good but to share his concern using his music. Using music to address socio-political issues is justifiable in a sense that it is his way of showing his sense of nationalism and love for his country. He is just sharing his talents to his fellow countrymen through his music. If he would be here in the Philippines, I think he would get himself involved in political issues especially with the political situation that we have in our nowadays. He might be composing songs that will enlighten the politicians of our country. I think he could be possibly creating a music that could be addressed to the anomalies and issues in our government. Daniel Barenboim is a very talented man. Hi is very kind and generous to others. I believe that we should look at him as a model. If every body will set aside their personal interest and use our talent to wake up the public, maybe our wold will be a better place to live.
